Аннотация

В обзоре обобщены работы, как правило, англоязычные, связанные с оценкой изменений содержания «классических» и «новых» эндогенных фитогормонов у различных видов растений в условиях загрязнения среды тяжелыми металлами. Большинство из таких исследований в последние годы сопряжено с изучением гормонального баланса у растений рода Arabidopsis. Показано что интродукция одного металла может нарушать баланс сразу нескольких представителей из данного класса. Помимо описания регуляторных сдвигов, в ответ на индуцированный стресс, в обзоре представлена концептуальная схема перекрестных сигнальных связей, отвечающих за поддержание общего иммунного гомеостаза в онтогенезе растений. Данная работа дает широкую теоретическую основу для будущих исследований при работе не только с сельскохозяйственными культурами, но и с лекарственными или цветочно-декоративными растениями.
