Фитопатологическая оценка влияния желтой ржавчины на генотипы мягкой пшеницы (Triticum aestivum L.) Азербайджанского происхождения

Аннотация

Желтая ржавчина (Puccinia striiformis f. sp. tritici) на мягкой пшенице (Triticum aestivum L.) привела к значительному снижению качества и потери урожая зерна пшеницы. Определение степени заражения 90 изученных нами генотипов мягкой пшеницы желтой ржавчиной и оценку величины SPAD проводили в естественных условиях на Апшеронском полуострове, на Апшеронской научно-экспериментальной базе Института Генетических Ресурсов НАН Азербайджана  (С. 40°24.001? , В. 49°49.001? , В. = 50 м ) в течение 2017–2020 гг. Степень заражения желтой ржавчиной составляла 0–100 %. Исследуемый нами показатель значения SPAD между генотипами менялся от 28,9 до 83,5. Средний показатель этого признака составил 50,5. Среди исследованных нами генотипов мягкой пшеницы образцом с наибольшим значением SPAD оказался генотип к9530 сорта Erythrospermum, с показателем 83,5. Степень заражения этого образца желтой ржавчиной 0 %, он показал иммунную реакцию. Как видно из степени устойчивости к желтой ржавчине и оценки значения SPAD, разновидности мягкой пшеницы имели разные степени заражения и значения SPAD. Несколько генотипов были устойчивы к желтой ржавчине, а также обладали высокими значениями SPAD. Кластерный анализ построен на индексе Евклидова расстояния методом WARD пакета статистических программ PAST. В соответствии с указанными признаками исследуемые нами генотипы были сгруппированы в 6 основных кластеров. Согласно индексу Евклидова расстояния, самыми дальними генотипами кластера были генотип к9530 разновидности Erythrospermum и генотип к7252 разновидности Milturum (54,63).
