SUBSTANTIATION OF THE POWER OF THE RAIL ELECTRICIZED CART

The paper analyzes the effect of forces on a rail electrified cart at the time of its intensive use. The main force that determines the magnitude of the moment of the drive wheels is the gravity force. It depends on the weight of the cart, the personnel weight and the additional weight, which is determined at a specific time in the manufacturing process (for example, the mass of the crop at the harvesting). The torque value determines the capacity on the shaft, and the motor power. Taking into account the requirements for the cart moving speed and the initial parameters of existing electric drives, the power of the electric motor depends on the coefficient of lateral friction, the material of the rollers and the maximum mass of the structure.
