Increase of efficiency of service centers of agricultural machinery John Deere in the Saratov region

Abstract

The article considers the technique for determining the location of additional service centers for John Deere agricultural equipment in the Saratov region. The analysis of the distribution of agricultural equipment John Deere in the districts  of the Saratov region is presented. The time spent by a specialist in the service department for performing maintenance work is justified. The distribution and fixing of serviced agricultural machinery for the main service center, additional service centers and points of mobile service were presented. As a result of the analyzes and calculations, using the dealer’s statistics and relying on the world experience of dealerships it is established that for the timely, high-quality and cost-effective provision of John Deere agricultural equipment service in the Saratov region, dealers need to organize and equip, in accordance with the manufacturer’s requirements, two additional service centers and one mobile service point.
