EQUATIONS OF ROTATION AUGER-SWIFT HEADER SUNFLOWER EQUIPMENT WHEN VARIOUS FORMS VALVES

The technological scheme of operation of the harvester with the screw-reel for cleaning of sunflower is provided in article. Use of the screw-reel allows to reduce losses of achene behind the harvester to 0,63% of biological productivity. Subject of work is definition by mathematical transformations of finding of points of splitters of the screwreel of the harvester for cleaning of sunflower during his work. Parameters of the screw movement of the screw reel are considered. The system of the equations of a surface of any rotation of the screw, the system of the equations of rotation the screw-reel is presented. The systems of the equations of any points are received from the center of a pipe to forming, expressions for determination of number of splitters and the elevators the screw reel, the system of the equations for determination of coordinates of points of fastening of splitters to a pipe of the screw. Three possible geometrical forms of splitters are presented: direct, Gshaped and the arc-shaped. The shoulder coefficient for the G-shaped splitter used in further definition of provision of points of this splitter at rotation of the screw reel is geometrically reasonable. Using coordinates of points of fastening of splitters the systems of the equation of rotation of direct, G-shaped and arc-shaped splitters on a shaft – the equations of rotation of the screw-reel are received. The received systems of the equations allow to determine the provision of this or that point of the splitter of the received forms (direct, G-shaped and the arc-shaped) at capture of stalks of sunflower by the screw reel. By means of these systems of the equations it is possible to construct a trajectory of the movement of the splitter at capture of a stalk or a basket of sunflower and by that to carry out the analysis of his work. Due to a possibility of use of mechanisms similar to the screw reel, in agricultural and other productions for installation of kinematic parameters the received expressions acquire special relevance.
