Abstract

The article studied the positive effect of the complex of glycinates and the probiotic preparation "Lactobifadol forte" on meat productivity and metabolic processes in the body of broiler chickens. The purpose  of the study was to study the slaughter indicators and quality of meat, as well as the features of the accumulation of chemical elements in the muscle tissue of poultry. Experimental studies lasted 42 days. Broiler chickens of the Ross-308 breed were divided into 5 groups (n=30) by the method of analogue pairs. Broilers were kept in group cages with the control group was on the main diet according to the recommendations of VNIITIP (2013), the first experimental group received the main diet with glycinates (Cu (10 mg/kg), Mn (270 mg/kg) and Fe (200 mg/kg ), II experimental group - basic diet + probiotic preparation at a dose of 0.5 g/kg of feed + glycinates (Cu (10 mg/kg), Mn (270 mg/kg) and Fe (200 mg/kg)); III experimental probiotic group (0.7 g/kg) + glycinates (Cu (10 mg/kg), Mn (270 mg/kg) and Fe (200 mg/kg)); IV experimental group probiotic (1 g/kg) + glycinates (Cu (10 mg/kg), Mn (270 mg/kg) and Fe (200 mg/kg)). The use of a feed additive with a complex of glycinates and a probiotic in feeding broiler chickens increases the pre-slaughter live weight by 9.8- 11.1%, gutted carcass weight by 3 - 14%, slaughter yield by 0.4-2.6%. The complex feed additive showed a decrease in feed costs per 1 kg of gain from 1.82 kg for the control group to 1.55 kg for the group treated with a probiotic at a dose of 0.7 g/kg and a complex of glycinates. An increase in fat by 2.2% and protein by 2.4%, as well as Ca, K, Mg, Na, P and most conditionally essential and essential elements was also noted in chicken meat.
